It's a simple card stamped in black and watercolored with reinkers - So Safron, Bordering Blue and Pink Pirouette. The base of the card is the lovely Pink Pirouette that is retiring at the end of the month. The sentiment is from Sincere Salutations. Hint: You can just use part of a sentiment by inking only the word or phrase you want to stamp with a SU marker.
